DIMITER KADANOFF IS THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER OF ONEBIT SOFTWARE
His appointment is part of the new company strategy for business development and entering into new markets
Dimiter Kadanoff is the new General Manager of one the most dynamic young Bulgarian companies – OneBit Software. OneBit Software offers high-quality services related to Microsoft SharePoint and the surrounding technologies, mainly on the Australian and American markets.
Dimiter has more than 15 years of experience in one of the biggest technological companies in the world, covering not only the local but multiple regional markets as well. In the recent years he has held the position of “Director Corporate Customers and Partners” at Microsoft for Bulgaria, Macedonia and Kosovo and before that he was responsible for the position of “Partner Manager” at Fujitsu Technology Solutions for Bulgaria, Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania. He started his career at Hewlett-Packard where he developed new partners and partnership programs for Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Bosna and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova and Montenegro.
“It’s a real challenge for me to start managing a young but at the same time extremely successful Bulgarian company”, Mr. Kadanoff said. “I believe that my experience in some of the biggest international technological corporations will help me contribute to creating a successful long-term development strategy and expand the potential of OneBit Software and the company’s team”, he added.
The new General Manager of OneBit Software will be responsible for building a long-term company growth strategy, entering new markets as well as restructuring the company as a result of the selected growth strategy. His former experience will help him expand the company portfolio through introducing new technologies and solutions as well as create new departments within the company, putting the main accent on the delivery of clouds solutions with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, ASP.NET and the surrounding technologies. The company will develop new axes for providing particular solutions and business scenarios in which it has specialized in the past years. Dimiter will also be responsible for the investment planning and building an internal team for development of own products and establishment of new local and international partnerships. In the same time a special focus will be set on promoting the company on the local market in order to raise the awareness of the company among technical and business experts and increase the project portfolio, its’ variety and complexity.
